If traditional healthcare is reactive, Neko Health is the opposite.

It shows what medicine could look like if prevention, not diagnosis, was the starting point.
And how amazing would it be if this were the case.
Daniel Ek had the appetite to change the face of music with Spotify and it very much feels that way when it comes to healthcare.
Founded with the goal of making advanced health assessments accessible, fast, and data led, Neko offers a full body scan that maps millions of health data points in just minutes.
The result is a clear snapshot of your current health and the trends shaping your future.
The check up is fast but impressively detailed:
✅ A full body skin scan that tracks every mole and change
✅ Vascular assessments that visualise blood flow and circulation
✅ Heart rhythm, pulse wave, and blood pressure readings
✅ Grip strength testing, a small but powerful indicator of longevity
✅ Blood tests covering cholesterol, glucose, and inflammation markers
Both our founders experienced Neko recently, and what stood out was not just the technology, but how different it felt from traditional healthcare.
Here is what they found from both perspectives:
A Man’s Perspective by Thib
Most men only go to the doctor when something feels off. Neko flips that mindset on its head.

From the moment you walk in, you know this is not a typical clinic. No fluorescent lights, no waiting room coughs, no endless forms. Instead, it feels like stepping into the future of healthcare sleek, quiet and engineered for efficiency.
Ten minutes later, your data is processed. A doctor joins you with a calm clarity that feels more like a consultation than a diagnosis. You see your results benchmarked against others your age and finally understand your body in numbers, not guesses.
For men, this is a mindset shift.
We measure everything ( I personally wear the Whoop, where even amongst my friends we compete on who is sleeping better!) We track workouts, calories, steps yet rarely track the markers that matter most for long term health.
That is where Neko stands out. It makes health measurable, not mysterious.
Looking ahead, I would love to see future scans expand deeper into men’s health with:
✨ Testosterone and hormonal balance data
✨ Prostate and reproductive health screening
✨ Stress resilience and recovery markers
✨ Sleep and metabolic performance insights
✨ And one day, DEXA scanning for precise body composition
Neko is not just rethinking healthcare; it is challenging men to take ownership before a problem arises.
Will I go again next year?
Absolutely.Would I recommend it?
Without hesitation, in fact I booked it already!
Because prevention, when made this accessible, feels like progress.
A Woman’s Perspective by Holly
Walking into Neko feels nothing like a cold clinic, and I am sure most women who go for check ups are a tad apprehensive.
There is no sterile smell or anxious silence. Instead, you step into a sense of Scandinavian calm; soft lighting and a super futuristic interior. You are met with eye contact, a smile and a QR code to check in.
This process was incredibly seamless!

You're then taken upstairs where you trade your shoes for some Yeezy style rubber shoes before being taken into the 'treatment' room for your scans.
The process feels designed for flow and comfort, whereas I would certainly say a GPs office doesn't have the same privilege.
In just ten minutes, your results are ready. Which is pretty shocking! Blood work and all!
A doctor meets you privately next door to explain everything, comparing your data to peers in your age group. And I must say I was pretty chuffed to learn I was stronger than 90% of those in my age range. All those years of powerlifting may be contributing well to my longevity!
The conversation is warm, clear and empowering no jargon, no alarm. Just understanding.
As a woman, I left impressed but also reflective. Because while Neko delivers incredible preventative insight, women’s health deserves an even broader lens.
I hope future scans evolve to include:
✨ Hormonal and menstrual cycle mapping
✨ Vitamin deficiencies
✨ Fertility and reproductive health insights
✨ Bone density tracking for post menopause wellbeing
✨ Thyroid and metabolic health, which affect energy and mood
For women, Neko represents something bigger the beginning of accessible, intelligent healthcare that listens as much as it measures. It replaces fear with curiosity, and complexity with clarity.
Did I book again for next year? Definitely.
Would I recommend it? Without question.
Would I love to see it grow to meet women’s needs more fully? Even more so.
Final Thoughts
Neko Health is not just a clinic.
It is a concept and while yes there is so much more we would love to see tested the markers cover most common illnesses that if caught early, outcomes could be a very different story!
A signal that healthcare can be proactive, personal, and beautifully designed without losing its humanity. It proves that seeing your health in data can be empowering, not overwhelming.
If the last decade was about tracking steps and calories, the next will be about understanding what is happening inside.
And if our experience is any indication, Neko Health might just be leading the movement toward truly preventative, inclusive, and data driven care.
What do you think? Would you book?
